Petite Diamond & Gold Music Note

The 14K yellow gold double music note, or 'beamed note' as I'm told it's called, is encrusted with 0.05CTW natural diamond. The gold chain has a couple of extenders so can easily change from a 16inch to a 18inch chain or vice versa.
